• Honour all sales and deliver products or services as described
• Maintain appropriate business licences and permits
• Comply with applicable tax obligations
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests
• Handle returns and refunds in accordance with stated policies
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your business activities

Payment Terms

Our payment processing services are subject to the following terms:

• All transactions must be conducted through our approved payment methods
• Fees and charges are clearly disclosed before transaction completion
• Payment disputes must be reported within the specified timeframe
• Chargebacks and refunds are handled according to our policies and applicable card network rules

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SilverAtrium in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilverAtrium excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law, or otherwise) including but not limited to:

• Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, or non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That defects will be corrected or that the Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Service

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SilverAtrium and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Our dispute resolution process includes:

• Escalation to management for complex issues
• External mediation or arbitration where appropriate

Governing Law

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• Outstanding transactions may continue to completion
• Financial obligations remain in effect
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SilverAtrium regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and SilverAtrium.
